Financial Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The analyst will be responsible for supporting the investment manager through all stages of the investment process. Financial analysts use data trends to see if an investment opportunity fits the needs of an organization, business or individual. Conducting investment research globally and find different and possible investment opportunities. Financial analysts take information and data to project new trends that can be beneficial when deciding on investment opportunities, also assist manager with financial plans, research reports and other investment document.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities.
  • Analyzing financial statements and performing advanced cash flow modeling.
  • Drafting investment recommendations and other internal presentations/reports.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the due diligence process.
  • Improve company’s financial status by doing cost analysis, analyzing events and products actual results, identifying trends, recommending actions and forecasts to the management
  • Provide math and statistical support for the portfolio management, especially about the business and individuals investments and collections of investments resources.

  • Perform other financial tasks as may be required from time to time by management.
  • Provide the U.S. and Chinese market expending strategies and financial analysis results to the clients based on their industry and specific requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Basics
  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a business or finance program at a major university.
  • Familiarity with municipal issuers’ financial reporting.
  • Solid financial knowledge and analytic skills.
Preferred
  • Master’s Degree (or its equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldis preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and communications skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
  • Familiarity with municipal issuers’ financial reporting.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex. concepts to easily understandable presentations.
  • Six months of relevant work experience preferred.
